Wine 1.5.18 released

The Wine development release 1.5.18 is now available.

What's new in this release (see below for details):
  - Various Windows Codecs improvements.
  - Fixes for OLE database support.
  - Improvements to system parameters management.
  - Some fixes to the built-in Web browser.
  - Fixes for XML support.
  - Various bug fixes.
